Pre-Process Inspections
Once our customers parts have arrived onsite they are are inspected by completing a part inventory, a visual inspection and dimensional verification, finally paired with coordinating documentation. This affords us the opportunity to communicate any discrepancies with our customer prior to part processing, allowing us to stay on track for on-time order delivery.
In-Process Inspections
We have a variety of industry standard quality inspection tools, including State-of-the-Art high definition measurement tools at our fingertips broadening our capability to complete more complex dimension verifications. We can perform material confirmation, visual inspections, weld strength and hermetic seals when required at different stages of the process.
Also, during the weld, 30x microscopes are used for real time viewing by the welder to visually inspect 100% of parts and then sample checked by QA to identify any defects, ensuring the product meets or exceeds the specifications.
Post-Process Inspections
